I wish I was a techwiz. I’m trying to get my old mp3 player to start up as well as getting this shitty Seagate external to work. The bullshit was 80 dollars and only worked for two months. I have a feeling the problem is with the case and could just take it out of it, but I actually want it to work in the way I bought it: as an external hd. :|
